Re-leased the 32.5K SF office portion of the Property to Spaces, a co-working company, for more than 2x in-place rent.
Increased the leasable square feet of the Property through a BOMA re-measurement which translated to additional revenue.
Completed several physical upgrades including leasing former non-leased circulation space.
Increase parking revenue through leasing to new office users and baseball patrons.
Eventual sale outperformed underwritten expectations and occurred after only 16 months.
