Jeremy Katz

Jeremy is responsible for managing the day-to-day administration of Oakwood Multifamily. He implements the firm’s strategic initiatives and leads all investment activities and is part of the Investment Committee. Prior to joining Oakwood Real Estate Partners, Jeremy was Co-Head of CP Capital (f/k/a Real Estate Capital Partners and HQ Capital), which, at the time, had assets under management of approximately $5 billion. During his tenure at CP Capital, he worked on a variety of transactions on both the residential and commercial sides of CP Capital’s business, including: acquisitions, joint ventures, recapitalizations, and operating company purchases, having closed over $1.9 billion of investments with a significant focus on multifamily assets. Before joining CP, Jeremy worked for Wells Fargo in Washington, D.C., underwriting commercial real estate loans and credit lines for large national REITs. He is a Vice Chair of the ULI (Urban Land Institute) Multifamily Bronze Council and an active member of YPO. He holds a B.S. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
