Lindsay Silva

Lindsay is responsible for capital markets and investor relations efforts at Oakwood Real Estate Partners. Prior to joining Oakwood in 2025, she was part of the Commercial Real Estate team at ArrowMark Partners, where she developed investor and strategic materials and managed communications around portfolio performance for the platform, in addition to investment underwriting and analysis. Previously, Lindsay was a Senior Analyst and AVP at Fifth Third Bank on the investor relations team, supporting the earnings process, competitive analysis, and investor reporting and material production. She began her career in the bank’s Finance & Accounting Leadership Program. Lindsay holds a B.S. in Business Administration, Finance and Entrepreneurship, from the University of Dayton, graduating summa cum laude.
